Taking an old cotton factory in Deep Ellum, Dallas and turning it into high end studio styled housing. This is an example of how a simple washroom can become a trendy bathroom.

This was a day that I was bored out of my mind, so I decided to model my 50cc scooter (I know you must be laughing, but hey 50cc in the states you need no bike license, it gets almost 100 miles to a gallon and reaches the blazing speed of 40 m/p/h)
I used a new Sketchup plugin called Artisan which is an organic modeling tool in order to create the complexed body shape. Rendered with Thea.
